
Ingredients
for 10 baskets:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 20 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 5-10 strawberry
- strawberry jam (optional)
- vanilla pudding for filling
Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out pastry large enough to cut out 20 discs approx. 6cm diameter.
You can use a cookie cutter or upturned glass, either way you will achieve a better rise if you cut round with a sharp pointed knife.

Cut out 10 discs 4 cm diameter from the half of the big discs, so you have 10 pcs 6 cm diamater discs and 10 pcs ring.
Lay big discs on a lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and then stick the rings on the top of the discs. Bake for 8-10 minutes until risen and golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Fill the baskets with vanilla pudding, strawberry jam and put sliced strawberry on it.
