
Ingredients
for 6 serves:- half leeks, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon butter
- 800 g potatoe, peeled, chopped
- 40 ml whole milk
- 1-1,2 l chicken broath
- pepper, nutmeg, salt
- 250 g bacon, frittered
Tipical winter comfort food, which can get warm our soul!

Peel the leeks and cut it into small cubes.
In a large stock pot, melt the butter and saute leeks on it.
Add the potatoes, pour the broth in it and boil over medium heat for 15-20 mins, till the potatoes are tender.
Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg, add the whole milk and bring to boil.
Pour into the blender or food processor and blend it until it’s totally smooth.
In a pan saute the bacon stirring continuously until the bacon is crisp.
Serve the soup with tha bacon-chips.
